well WCCP is Known as a built in feature of CISCO IOS after 11.3.
what u need to do is
1:- Get the squid-2.3.Stable1 Version from squid web site
2:- ReCompile your Linux Kernel for IP-TRANS and IP_GATEWAY support.
3:- Telnet Cisco> ena > config t> ip wccp ?
there u will see the wccp command pattrens and just follow that ,
