Wait a minute.. your problem are incomplete pages wasn't it? I blindly
assumed your problem was the usual one with the combination of IE and
transparent proxies, where IE users cannot refresh the cache.
No, I have not found any clues on your problem. It is not the usual
problem everyone assumes when you mention IE and transparent proxies.
