You have perhaps forgotten to put your list of allowed clients into
the squid.conf file where it says:

# INSERT YOUR OWN RULE(S) HERE TO ALLOW ACCESS FROM YOUR CLIENTS

PS: Could you please switch off the insertion of HTML tags in your
