well u have to do nothing but to specify in u r squid.conf about the user
and group and squid will start from that ID. u can easly put in u r startup
file
/usr/local/squid/bin/RunCache&
OR
/var/squid/bin/RunCache&
What ever the path u have..

and it will start automatically,
