Cachstat-1.4?? Argh

I am using cachestat 1.4.

:squidstats.sh

HOST=hotproxy
TOPN=50
LOGDIR=/var/log/squid
BINDIR=/home/cachestat
WWWDIR=/home/httpd/html
PIDFILE=/var/run/squid.pid
GZIP=/bin/gzip
FIND=/usr/bin/find
---------------------------------------
i type ./squidstats.sh

and everything goes ok.. except this....

./squidstats.sh: /home/cachestat/access-extract.pl: No such file or
directory

Problem is the file is there. i have changed the permissions 10 times.
777 755 etc etc.

why wont it run?! annoying!
