Yes, I experienced the same problem with this kernel. The problem lies in
the kernel headers - if you use those of an older kernel the problem will
go away. I built a squid against the 2.2.12 kernels on the same system and
the compile went ok.
You are of course using a development linux kernel, so you should expect to
see problems such as this. I hope this wasn't your production machine...
