I tried your request/response pattern against a patched 2.2.STABLE5 with
a fairly default config and it cached it fine. I don't think I have any
patches related to this, but if you are in doubt check out my patches on
http://hem.passagen.se/hno/squid/#patch-2.2
2.3.DEVEL3 didn't cache the response howerer. Guess there is at least
one more bug to prune from 2.3.DEVEL before it goes stable (seems
2.3.DEVEL3 does not cache objects without a content-length).
