That's nothing to be configured in Squid. If a user's browser connects
directly to a site then Squid is not involved at all. It will not even
know about the connection, much less be able to prevent it.
What you'll have to do is set up a firewall configured in such a way
that HTTP connections to the outside are only allowed from the Squid
server, not from the clients.
