Using MSProxy as parent?

Is it possible to use MSproxy as a parent for squid? Also it is behind a
firewall so I cannot do DNS lookups, Is there any way I can tell squid not
to worry about DNS just to get the page through the parent using the parents
DNS capabilities and cache the page?
