Configuration or bug?

Hi!

I have two problems with our cache (2.2 Stable 3).

1. When our users would like to enter the cochrane library,
http://www.update-software.com/clibhome/clibip.htm
It doesn't grant them access. This is because it displays the ip of the
client computer and none of our computers have DNS-Entries on the internet.
What I want is to display the ip of our firewall
(X-Forwarded-For <firewall ip>).
I've tried setting forwarded_for off, and then they doesn't let us in
either saying:
"The IP address your computer is advertising (unknown) is not valid for
this license" . Is there any way we can solve this?

2. I don't know if this is a bug or something, but when users requests
pages sometimes the funniest things can happen. I just got an email from
one of them, he accessed a php-script on the internet. But instead of
displaying the pics on that page an animated porn gif came..
This doesn't just affect pictures. Other times instead of showing the
"real" page alot of html-code is displayed at the top. Like now, I went to
www.anonymizer.com to see my headers. Instead of displaying the page this
arrived:

It's me seeing somebody elses requests.
Can this have something to do with there errors?
