UDP_DENIED

Hi, folks, i'm new to this list and now i'm having a little problem with
UDP_DENIED message in my access.log ... I'm using Squid2.2STABLE3 run on
BSDI 4.0. Here's the snippet from my access.log:

The 202.xxx.2.12 machine is another proxy that's configured as the parent-proxy.
What actually has happened regarding the UDP_DENIED while doing ICP_QUERY ?
