negative_dns_ttl in STABLE5

hi,

A local proxy (Solaris 2.6) can't resolve internet adresses (we have dstdomain
and dst acls in squid.conf); it transfers internet requests to a parent proxy.
This works, but i 'm surprised to see that squid doesn't cache the dnsserver
answer for these requests :

here is a typical answer :

# /local/bin/dnsserver
www.yahoo.fr
$fail DNS Domain 'www.yahoo.fr' is invalid: Host not found (authoritative).

Each time i reload for www.yahoo.com from my browser, my proxy asks a dnsserver
process for a resolution.

Is this a bug or common behaviour ?
