ICP QUESTIONS ?

I have two net . One my own ( LOCAL ) , Second my customer (CUSTOMER)
.This two net is connecting to the "ROUTER" . I have Slackware 4.0 &
Squid 2.2.STABLE4 on it ( 2.2.12 kernel ). So i need to do next things.

1. Then LOCAL net going to the internet we use Proxy ( i do it without
any problems )
2. Then CUSTOMER net going to the internet do next :
 if document is in the cache
    then they get this document
else
    they go to the internet DIRECTLY

Is it possible to do this thing ..
