See comments in pam_auth.c for rudimentary info on how to configure the
PAM side of things. See also your systems PAM documentation.
When you are confident that your PAM configuration is correct, run the
pam_auth program from the command line to test it. The syntax for Squids
authentication modules is sending "username password" pairs (without
quotes) on standard in, and the module with return ERR or OK.
