I have squid setup behind a firewall which I have no control over. We use the local proxy for caching purposes. I am trying to replace a MS Proxy server on NT with squid on Linux. I am unable to load any page that is a cgi. It tries to connect
directly to theses pages, but our outside firewall blocks the requests. I think the hardcoded defaults for hierarchy_stoplist are causing this to happen. Is there a way to stop the default operation of hierarchy_stoplist? Or how do I force squid to go
to the parent cache for absolutely everything?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
