Dont't know about ActiveX, but it should work fine with JavaApplets
-- If DNS is working for your clients (not needed otherwise).
(had problems with that myself the first time)

I'm running Squid2 under a SuSE 6.1 Box.
Is there a possibility to get Java-Applets and/or ActiveX-Controlls via
the Proxy.
Or what did I make wrong, that I don't get those things anymore????
