First time redirect

Hi squid-users,

perhaps it is a silly question:
Is there a way to redirect a user to an URL
every time he first contacts the proxy?
This should happen idependantly from the
selection in the "home page" field of the browser.
The idea is to redircet him to a page where
news & updates can be downloaded at a regular
basis. If you have other ideas to do this - GREAT...

Any suggestions welcome
