Setting up an access list

Hi,

I would like to set-up a Squid access list to allow only selected IP Addresses to surf the web.
I looked at the squid.conf file in /usr/local/squid/etc, but it looks all "greek" to me. I don't have time to play around with it because it's running on my live server.

Can anybody give me a more "clear" step-to-step guide to set this up ?
