Squid Configuration Problems

Hi to all,

i´ve made various changes to the squid.conf, but squid seems to ignore
it.

Example: Access Restriction to all
   Allow Net 1.1.13.x
 --> Squid allows access to the complety Network.....

Squid Caches our Intranet, but i configured it as localy Intranet .....

I´ve made changes over the Webmin Tool 0.72 or directly in the squid.conf
File. We are using Delix DLD 6.0. Squid Cache: Version 2.0.PATCH2 ...

I have readed some FAQ´s, but i don´t find out where are the problems.
Any Suggestions about ?
