HI all,

I now know what the problem is, when using Microsoft Download Manager together with proxyauth. I have set up an authenticate_program:

authenticate_program /usr/local/squid/bin/ncsa_auth /usr/local/squid/etc/passwd
and allowed:
acl passwdauth proxy_auth "/usr/local/squid/etc/proxyusers"
http_access allow all passwdauth

When using the acl passwdauth I cannot use Microsoft Download Manager:

931329901.955 5 172.16.1.66 TCP_DENIED/407 1587 GET http://msdn.one.microsoft.com/MSDNPublic/DownloadFile/DownloadFile.dll/715477-32764-9404416-1/ - NONE/- -

But without it everything is fine.

Does anybody have a solution? I know that you can put in a username and password in the Microsoft Download Manager, but that does not work.
