Actually.. It sounds like it is a squid question. He wants squid to listen
on 4 different interfaces/ports, and balance the time spent on each with
the incoming request load. Should be a pretty simple hack, but, yeah, it
sounds like a really dumb idea. Like John said, get a faster card, or,
even better, get 4 computers, each with a 100bt ethernet adaptor.
