Delay pools and Cache hits

Hello,

I have the following delay pool setup:

squid-2.2.STABLE1

delay_pools 2
delay_class 1 1
delay_access 1 allow biguser
delay_access 1 deny all
delay_parameters 1 16384/16384

delay_class 2 2
delay_access 2 allow normalusers
delay_access 2 deny all
delay_access 2 deny biguser
delay_parameters 2 1214/104857600 182/15728640

So 'normalusers' can download +/- 15Mb a day and a total max of 100MB.
But what I would like is that when a 'normaluser' accesses a page
that is in the cache that it doesn't get counted, but only the pages that
the proxy has to get from the web.

Any thoughts ?
