dynamic dnsserver loading

Has anyone ever thought of using dynamic dnsserver loading for Squid? You
know, like how Apache dynamically loads more httpd child processes when the
demand requires. It would be the same concept with Squid; if more clients
want DNS lookups than the current number of dnsservers can handle, some more
are spawned to serve requests. Just a random thought of mine... what do you
all think?
