read failure with sslReadClient

HI,

I'm seeing some strange things in my cache.log: after some
"sslReadClient: FD xx: read failures",
squid seems to be restarting on its own (no entry in squid.out though).
Do I need to specify something extra for SSL?
I also compiled squid with 30000 file descriptors, from which I use 8192
with max_open_disk_fds 8192. Is this bad?
