I sent the same identical question to squid-users last week. no-query works
just fine with one parent but not with 2 or more in round-robin. This is a
bug in both 2.1P2 and 1.x. (Actually, 1.x requires a UDP echo response from
the parents to detect whether or not they're dead - 2.x uses a tcp open
timeout.) Attached is the response from Henrik.
