Hi Oskar,
The default is to request when the digest expires. Expiration is
controlled by the digest builder and defaults to one hour (hard coded, see
StoreDigestRebuildPeriod constant in store_digest.c). Digest user can specify
the minimum time between two digest fetches (hard coded, see
PeerDigestReqMinGap and GlobDigestReqMinGap constants in peer_digest.c).
