squid and ipfwadm

I have IPFWADM (firewalling and masqurading) and SQUID2.2 running on
same LINUX server. Now i want to put restrictions on some of my protected
network (i.e. 192.168.x.x) users. How can I do it using the access lists
of squid. Which tags do i need to modify in the squid.conf file.
