Squid 2.1.patch2 unexpected crash

Has anybody seen something like thise, yet?
Any opinions on what i should do?

I am running Squid2.1.PATCH2, with Nordstrom's extra patches for thread/fs
stability. NUMTHREADS is set to 64, asyncio is enabled.
