configure is looking for ip_fil.h, ip_compat.h & ip_nat.h in /usr/include
Just copy them there from your ip-filter build directory & re-run the configure & it
should pickup that the IP-Filter Header files are installed..
ie:
checking for ip_compat.h... yes
checking for ip_fil.h... yes
checking for ip_nat.h... yes
then lower down in the configure processing:
checking if IP-Filter header files are installed... yes
I can confirm that it all builds & runs fine with 2.1p2 + ip-filter 3.2.9
on fBSD 2.2.6 through to fBSD 2.2.8
fyi,
Richard.
