Non standard http ports?

        We are running Squid Version 1.1.18 as a standard proxy server.

        We need to access some pages that are on non-standard http ports on the
Internet. Like port 444, or 8888, but squid will not allow us to do so. Is
it possible to make squid allow us to read pages from servers on
non-standard ports?
