funny squid behaviour (ftp)

Hi subsribers!

I've tried to reach 'ftp.freebsd.org' via SQUID-2.1-REL, but
only reveiced the following error:
An FTP protocol error occurred while trying to retrieve the URL:
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/

Squid sent the following FTP command:

     nothing

and then received this reply

     nothing

The funny thing is that 'ftp.freebsd.com' works fine. The fact
is that both addresses have the same IP (209.155.82.18). So
what's the difference between .com and .org ?? Any ideas?
