Error: The Requested URL could not be retrieve - Squid 2.1 PRE4

hello,

        I've just compiled Squid 2.1 PRE4 on my P-166 32 meg ram
        running Sco Openserver 5.02. My problem is squid is not working
        at all.

        Here are some details on cache.log

        Warning: FD 14 has handlers, but is invalid
        FD 14 is a File
        --> /usr/local/squid/cache/00/00/00000000
        tmout:0 read:0 write:172ac
        Warning: FD 15 has handlers, but is invalid
        FD 15 is a File
        --> /usr/local/squid/cache/00/00/00000001
        tmout:0 read:0 write:172ac

        Cache_mem & swap are set to default.
