other icons..

Is it possible to configure Squid (2.1) to permit downloading of other icons
(in addition to those used for FTP pages), such as those included from proxy
error pages (so that the error page and the icons don't have to exist on
separate servers/software)?

At present, the MIME type icons for FTP pages seem to be "pre-loaded" so they
score a cache hit when downloading an FTP page, but any other icons stored in
the same directories score a cache miss and are subsequently logged as "file
not found". :-/
