If you configured squid as descibed in the FAQ it will be looking
for SNMP packets on port 3401. Therefore you need to set the port when
querying the MIB.
./snmpwalk -p 3401 .1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1
Now squid should not affect your normal system SNMP agent when
configured. That is the reason that it's default port is 3401 not 161.
Have you made any changes to the /etc/snmpd.conf file?
