About the only reason I can think of is the situation where the page you
redirect them to, is restricted by various acls from being fetched.
('sorry, an error occured, but I can't let you get the error page?')

deny_info is rather nice, especially if your intent is to stop the
customers from other ISPs (that you peer with) from calling your support
lines ;)
