Squid is not 1.1 compliant. However, many important 1.1 features are
supported. Moreover, supporting all features of 1.1 is probably infeasible at
the moment because the protocol itself has a lot of "dark areas".
What 0.9 features are you missing in Squid? Does HTTP/0.9 apply to proxies at
all?
