FD 21: Someone called comm_close() on a File

Our cache barfed last night with this error?

we're using a pII-266, 256M(150 used in squid.conf) 2500M of cache,
solarisx86(2.6).

squid version 1.NOVM.22, been running about 2 weeks, store_swap_size is
731M.

Any ideas what caused said error? I've run squid caches for about 2 years
now, and this is my first death. (admittedly all the others have been
running linux not solaris).
