Echo udp server

        Our ISP is using wingate under win95 proxy via satellite,
I want it to be my squid's parent, the problem is that win95 has no echo
udp server running (needed for non-ICP neighbors). I tried searching the
internet but to no avail!. Can anybody point me to where i can get one, or
better if anyboy has a code for a udp echo server (i don't want to
reinvent the wheel).
