RH hasn't released a 2.0.6 RPM yet, although you can find one on their site
(a development one - prerelease).

Have a look in:

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/home/gafton/glibc/

I haven't tried this (my RH5 proxies run on port 8080 - no probs touch wood -
apart from the Null Pointer).
