This also works in the similar environment in here:

cache_host www-cache.my-isp.fi parent 800 0
cache_host_domain www-cache.my-isp.fi !.fi
single_parent_bypass on

inside_firewall is not used at all. If options 'no-query' and
'default' are needed, please tell me. Squid seems to work fine
without them.
