inside_firewall C
squid would call C directly.
inside_firewall !C
works for calling C, squid uses the proxy B for all accesses
to C, which is what I want.
but the rest of the world becomes inaccessable, because squid
now considers the rest of the world being behind a firewall and
needs a peer for every host.
That's not a solution. :-(
