Put kill "-SIGUSR pid_of_Your_great_squid" in crontab and enyoy (As i
know keeping all of the mentioned files is not necessary for proper work
- - it may be useful for monitoring/debugging). If You like - tar/gzip them
(after kill -SIGUSR) and save for future.
