problems squid-freebsd 2.1.6

I have a machine with squid 1.1.8 (patch march 13) and freebsd 2.1.0, all
working great (my problem is the parent caché a Win95 machine).

Now I install in ohter machine same squid but in freebsd 2.1.6 and same
configuration and all but all objects come direct, no one go thru the
Win95 machine as in the squid/fbsd 2.1.0 combo.

Is there a bug or something in fbsd 2.1.6?
