http site problems

Hi!

I have squid 1.1.1 with Linux 2.0.27.Everything seems to work OK,
except this site - http://www.musicshoppe.com - usually
I can't get image from first screen - neon.gif - but
when I get it - it never get cached.
When I try to get it without proxy or through another
proxy(CERN), everything is OK.I have Netscape 3.01.
What could it be?
