Try to use "RunCache &"/"RunAccel &" depending on whether you want to use
squid as a cache or as an accelerator. This scripts force squid to restart
after it is died.

You don't use any parents but specify local_domain TAG.
Try to comment this but it probably doesn't mention.

Unfortunately I never used squid in accelerator mode.
May be somebody khow some peculiarities of squid configuring/running
in such mode
