Ident lookup

I know ident lookups cannot yet be used for access control, but could
we have an option that requires that one be returned? (We don't care
who it is as long as we can identify them) The only other way I
thought of doing this was with a redirector, if it gets passed a "-"
then there was no ident returned and we barf all over them.
