Beta 24 & 25 problem

With 1.1beta24 and 1.1beta25 I have found that if I have something
in my cache which is outdated, that is what gets returned to the
client. There appears to be no attempt to check with my parent
cache (it.cache.nlanr.net) to see if my entry is current.
It is obvious when checking a newspaper that seemingly has not
published in some days.

Anyone else notice this behaviour?
