url doesn't work

The site is http://www.arcadium.com/

Once the above page is loaded, clicking start takes one to
http://www.arcadium.com/root/homearea/ which should be a registration/log
on page. With squid running it takes you straight to a
current members page. Basically it skips a whole page.

Without squid it works fine.
