That's why I asked for an option in 1.1 to do an IMS check before really
reloading the data if the expiration is reached (and also one to do
that for the No_Cache pragma) and _always_ bitterly complain to webmasters
if they don't have valid Last Modified fields (www.cnn.com is the pits,
no modified nor expires info!).
