Apology for my mistake re cachemgr.cgi

I'd like to take the time to thank everyone for their help with my
problems using cachemgr.cgi.

The problem was: there was more than one copy of the squid.conf
file in the squid subdirectory (virtually identical). I was modifying
the wrong one. [ Hides face in shame ]

I feel like an idiot. Gotta talk to the other engineers about version
control... [ grumble, grumble, excuse excuse ] Also gotta lay off the
coffee.

Anyway, the change worked like a charm.
